Small Group Leaders…

• Enjoy the emerging wisdom and developing personalities of high school teens
• Are comfortable with questions and not “having all the answers”
• Are often surprised at their own growth through the program
• Are not only parents of the teens in the program!
• Are an essential part of our program to prepare high school youth for   Confirmation

 
We begin with a new “Year One” group in January 2024. Year 1 includes 3 Sunday evening small group classes and 1 Saturday half-day retreat, all done by mid-March. Leaders return in the fall for Year 2, which consists of 8-10   Sunday night classes and one all day retreat (onsite at STB). Each group has 10-12 students and at least two leaders. You can invite your own co-leader or fill in where needed. You will receive training, detailed plans, supplies, and  ongoing support.
