Introductory Faith-Based Talent Development Training

How can your faith community be more intentional about your God-given gifts? 
Attending Explore Your Talents for Ministry Leaders sessions will introduce you to tools and practices to help you and those you serve to better articulate, celebrate, cultivate, and use your God-given gifts in all aspects of life. 

The training is designed for ministry leaders and facilitators who want a personal strengths-based talent development foundation required for leading faith-based gift ministries and/or facilitating talent/strengths small group processes.

As an Explore Your Talents for Ministry Leaders participant, you will learn how to use the Gallup CliftonStrengths® (StrengthsFinder®) talent assessment, which gives you a starting place in which to articulate your unique talents, the foundation for your strengths.  You will also acquire tools and best practices to engage in strengths-based talent development through a faith lens.

Explore Your Talents for Ministry Leaders training includes:

• Two, 2.5-hour training sessions
• Living Your Strengths book (one book per parish)
• Explore Your Talents Tool Kit & Developing Your Strengths Tool Kit
• Permission to use the Tool Kits in your parish
• Option to attend additional gift-based workshops and small group discussions
