Gift-based leaders know that God blesses each person and faith communities with a diversity of unique gifts. God-given gifts equip and empower each community to carry out their mission while reflecting the community’s values.
Gift-based leaders value and appreciate individuals’ gifts. Gift-based leaders want to learn about others’ gifts through gift-based conversations and invite people to develop and share their gifts in all aspects of life.
St. Thomas Becket (STB) gift-based leaders are STB parishioners and staff members who work toward further developing STB’s gift-based culture.
