NEW STAFF

I am excited to share with you the hiring of 

Wendy Cichanski-Caduff as our new staff person. 

Wendy will be Coordinator of Elementary Faith Formation (K-Grade 5) and Sacramental Preparation (1st Communion & 1st Reconciliation), VBS. Another position she has been hired for is Ministry Coordinator, this involves the Ministries that are part of our weekend Liturgies.

Wendy, her husband Ben and their 2 children are members of the Parish and she has been a catechist and is a Lector. Wendy has 25 years of experience in parish ministry in three different parishes and diocese. She has directed a vibrant faith formation program and worked in liturgy, planning and coordinating. She has an MA in Pastoral Ministry from St. John’s University in Collegeville. Wendy will begin her positions July 26 and be present at the Masses the weekend of July 27/28.

• Full-time Faith Formation: Kindergarten-Grade 5,   Reconciliation/Eucharist, VBS.
• Full-time Faith Formation: Middle School ( 6th,7th,8th grade) , Confirmation ( 9th & 10th grade).
• Part-time: Ministry Coordinator for weekend Liturgies and other Liturgies.

Three of our staff are moving on to a new journey in their life. I am grateful for these people, Dez Sobiech, Lori Skare and Jackie Graham. They leave with a good feeling about their time here at STB. Dez has taken on a new direction in her career, Lori looking to get back in teaching, and Jackie doing what some of you are doing and others waiting to do it, she is RETIRING.

Mary McDonald, who has been Director of Faith Formation, is transitioning to fill our need to be our Pastoral Care Associate. The two Faith Formation positions have been redone and are being advertised, part of Jackie’s position will be taken on by Chris Ángel, our Director of Music. The remaining parts of Jackie’s position will be 15-20 hrs. a week, the two Faith Formation positions will be full-time.
